Follow these 5 steps to create a consistent, premium experience for every new client.

    Send the Welcome Email (Day 0)

    Send within 24 hours of booking. Confirm the details, set expectations, and make them feel valued. Use Template A below.

    Send the Intake Form (Day 1โ€“2)

    Send the Client Intake Form (see Intake Form toolkit asset) at least 48 hours before the first session. Ask them to complete it thoughtfully.

  3. 3

    Send the "What to Expect" Document (Day 2โ€“3)

    Reduces anxiety and pre-session questions. Sets scope, logistics, and tone. Use Template C below.

  4. 4

    Run the First Session (Follow the Agenda)

    Use the First Session Agenda template to guide the conversation. Leave time for Q&A. Take notes on their goals and history.

  5. 5

    Send Post-Session Resources (Within 24 Hours)

    Share curated resources from WellSourced relevant to their goals. Send the Resource Packet Template (Template D).
